Rights University is a collaboration between
Dr. Joyce Starr and Joe Stallard.
Dr. Joyce Starr is a recognized rights advocate, acclaimed author, publisher and radio talk show personality. Starr Publishing produces niche books, magnetic radio shows, message CDs and mobile apps for the iPhone & iPod Touch.
Dr. Starr established her “rights” publishing house in 2006. StarrPublications.com specializes in homeowners rights – including condo rights and HOAs rights – health/wellness rights and consumer rights. She’s also a sought-after condo rights/HOA rights coach. Dr. Starr founded RightsRadio.com in 2008 – emphasizing consumer rights, homeowner rights, health rights & security rights.
She has held key positions in the US Government – including the White House – developed groundbreaking think tank programs and chaired global summits with world leaders. Now she’s charting new terrain by creating a site dedicated to spiritual empowerment and helping others fight for their spiritual rights.
Joe Stallard, a former martial arts instructor, is a financial policy expert with experience in auto finance, the mortgage industry, insurance and securities. He’s also an inspired media design specialist and writer. Joe brings a unique sense of integrity and world view to his projects. Originally from Kentucky, he has also lived and worked in Tennessee, South Carolina and Indiana. A dedicated family man, Joe is guided by faith and by strong family values.
